Choosing a dress
How do I know which dress suits the wedding?
Every dress is listed under the kind of wedding it was designed for — garden, beach or city — and carries one dress code on its product page. Start from what your invitation says: filter the shop by dress code, or read our dress code guide below.

Why are there no white, ivory or champagne dresses?
Because those colours belong to the couple. All eight FERNAVO colours are mid to deep tones chosen to photograph clearly next to a white dress.
Do the bag, wrap and earrings match the dress exactly?
Each colour story — Rosewood, Sage, Wisteria, Coral, Lagoon, Marigold, Bordeaux and Midnight — uses the same colour reference for the dresses and the accessories. Materials react differently to dye and light (satin, velvet, chiffon and lacquer), so there can be a slight difference in sheen; the shade is the same family. Screens also differ, so colours may look slightly different on your device.
Are the accessories included with the dress?
No. Every item is sold separately and the price covers exactly the item on its product page. Bags, wraps, earrings and shoes shown with a dress in photographs are styling only unless you add them to your cart. The “full look” box on each dress page lets you add the matching pieces in one step.
Fit and sizes
What size should I order?
Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with our size guide. If you are between sizes, take the larger size in structured fabrics (taffeta, satin) and your usual size in stretch crepe and jersey. The “Details & fit” section of each dress tells you whether the fabric stretches.
Can I exchange for another size?
We do not swap sizes directly. Return the dress for a refund within 30 days and order the size you need; if the wedding is close, place the new order first.
Fabrics and care
What are the dresses made of?
Each product page lists the exact fibre composition and lining. Most dresses are polyester crepe, satin, chiffon or taffeta; some contain elastane for stretch, three are linen-viscose and three are matte jersey. We describe fabrics as they are and do not use terms like “silk” for polyester satin.
How do I keep the sculptural details in shape?
Follow the care line on the product page. Pleats, fans and bows are built with interfacing, netting or stitching, so steam them gently rather than pressing them flat. Store structured dresses on a hanger with space around the shoulders.
What are the earrings made of?
Brass with gold-tone plating and coloured lacquer, with stainless steel posts or hooks. Keep them away from water, perfume and lotions, and store them dry.
Prices, currency and payment
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown with the currency code next to the amount: USD, EUR, GBP, DKK or SEK. You can change the display currency at the top of every page; at checkout you pay in the currency of your delivery country.
Is paying on this site safe?
Yes. The whole site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Card payments are handled by PCI DSS certified payment providers; your full card number is entered with them and never reaches or is stored on our servers.
What will appear on my bank statement?
The charge appears as FERNAVO.
Do you have discount codes or sales?
No. We do not run promotions at the moment; the price you see is the price for everyone.
Delivery and returns
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 3–6 business days in the UK, 5–10 in the EU and 7–12 to the United States and Canada. Costs per country are on our Shipping page.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn with tags attached. Customers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, which you can use online on our Withdraw from contract here page. See Returns & Refunds.
